Sold prior was 56 Piccadilly, Hanley. The property is a well-presented and prominently situated City Centre Restaurant premises. Louis Taylor Ltd had been marketing the premises, for sale or to let as a whole, also potentially to let as separate units due to the configuration of the site. However, they have successfully completed the freehold sale of the whole site.
This site comprises of a range of good quality, industrial and warehouse units, office accommodation, and a large yard on a site extending to 3.73 acres. The units themselves amassed a total of 64,399 square foot. The site was formerly used as the operations centre of a transport storage and distribution company.
Bramshall Industrial Estate is approximately 3 miles to the west of Uttoxeter accessed by the B5027 connecting Uttoxeter and Stone.
